MyTrack360 ("we", "us") provides tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure for media buying teams. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected.
Account data (email, organization), operational data (campaigns, leads, events), and tracking telemetry (IP, user agent, geo) needed to deliver redirects and attribution.
Operational data in MySQL, event data in ClickHouse, hot cache in Redis. All within isolated organization scopes. Retention is configurable; default click attribution window is 365 days; audit log retention 12 months.
You may export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the admin app or by contacting support.
